Webinar (Councils): Pre-tender briefing for NEW LGA Arrangements: for Roads, Water, Construction & Infrastructure services

Queensland and Northern Territory council procurement professionals are invited to join us for a pre-tender briefing on Wednesday, 31st of January 2024 at 3pm about the new building and construction, civil, water and marine services LGA Arrangements.

The four new Arrangements are:

1. General Civil Construction and Maintenance Services (LB313)
2. Water, Sewerage & Marine Infrastructure Construction & Maintenance (LB314)
These two Arrangements will replace the current Road, Water, Sewerage & Civil Works Arrangement(BUS270), which expires on the 30th of June 2024.
3. Building & Construction - Commercial (Including Fit-Out and Demolition) (LB329)
4. Building & Construction - Residential (LB331)

These four new Arrangements will open to tender on the 12th of February 2024, and close on the 13th of March 2024, with planned date of each arrangement on f the  Arrangement of the 1st of May 2024.
