You’re invited to join us for a pre-tender briefing on Wednesday, 31st of January 2024 at 10.00am in person or 2pm online about the new Local Buy new building and construction, civil, water and marine services Arrangements: LB313, LB 314, LB329 and LB331 used by councils and other approved purchasers across Queensland and the Northern Territory.
What will be covered in the Webinar:
- What changes have been made to the new Arrangements
- The process to tender for the new Arrangements
- The expiration process of expiring BUS270 Road, Water Sewerage and Civil Works Arrangement (replaced by LB313 and LB 314)

These four new Arrangements will open on the 12th of February 2024, and close on the 13th of March 2024, with a planned commencement date of the 1st of May 2024.
