On 1 May 2023, 47 Arrangements will be available for new tender submissions. Local Buy Arrangements enable potential suppliers to apply to their tenders 4 times a year, this allows new suppliers to join contracts within the contract period and it also allows current suppliers to add additional categories if their capability extends from their original tenders. These tenders open every February, May, August, and November at 12:00 AM on the first of the month and close at 2:00 PM on the last of the month.
PLEASE NOTE:
If you are an existing supplier you are NOT required to re-apply each time tenders open unless you would like to be appointed to a new Arrangement, or a new category within an Arrangement to which you are currently appointed.
