Drawing upon their extensive business, engineering and infrastructure experience, founding partners Andrew Franzmann and Jim Sullivan identified an opportunity to provide unparalleled support to clients, aligning their passion for quality outcomes with every phase of a project, from conceptualisation to asset acquittal. Since it’s inception in 2007, PDM quickly became a flourishing business that now employs over 45 staff.
Since becoming a Local Buy pre-qualified supplier in 2011, PDM have worked closely with numerous councils across the state to deliver disaster recovery, roads, water and infrastructure, utilities and energy projects.

“Being able to assist Councils in North and Northwest Queensland through a simplified procurement process enables us to have boots on the ground when they are needed. PDM provide Local Government the expertise they require to ensure community needs are met and focus on building capacity and capability in regional and remote areas”, Mr Franzmann said.
PDM have worked on a range of projects with Queensland Councils including:

“Being able to engage organisations such as PDM through Local Buy has given our regional and remote council the agility to manage disaster recover in addition to delivering our capital projects,” Mr Williams said.
“PDM are on several Local Buy Arrangements which means they have developed a deep understanding of our Council which provides us with an on-going and assistance in times of need.”
