NEW Local Buy Fleet and Field Services Arrangement
Tyres, Wheels and Associated Services (LB317)
Replacing Arrangement BUS276, which expires on 30 September 2024
Tyres, Wheels and Associated Services will cover:
- Purchase of tyres and tyre related services for passenger, light commercial and SUV vehicles as well as specialised tyres for trucks, plant machinery, forklifts and off-road vehicles
- Associated tyre care and maintenance services.
Spare Parts and Associated Services (LB318)
Replacing Arrangement BUS268, which expires on 30 September 2024
Spare Parts and Associated Services will cover:
- Supply of spare parts for light/medium trucks and light vehicles for stores and workshops
- Supply of spare parts, workshop equipment, refurbishment and recycling of spare parts and Vendor Managed Solutions.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: EXISTING PROVIDERS on BUS276 and BUS268 contracts will need to retender for the new Arrangements, with new suppliers required to also submit a tender for evaluation.
