Scenic Rim Regional Council’s Cloud Migration

Our collaboration with Scenic Rim Regional Council (SRRC) exemplifies Codify’s PLAN, MIGRATE, RUN approach to transitioning to the cloud. This method includes planning and assessing IT needs, seamless cloud migration, and ongoing management and optimisation of IT services.

PLAN: Using Microsoft funding, Codify supported SRRC in creating a strong business case for cloud migration. This process included conducting a CloudLift assessment and consumption planning, which improved their understanding of cloud readiness and identified tailored, cost-effective solutions that met their unique requirements.

RUN: Post-migration, Codify continued its collaboration with SRRC as their Managed Services Provider. Ongoing improvements and optimisation of their IT services have led to significant cost savings and enhanced operational efficiency for the council.
