New Local Buy Planning, Surveying, Design & Architectural Services Arrangement
Local Buy recently launched a Register of Pre-Qualified Supplier panel for Planning, Surveying, Design & Architectural Services BUS265. This contract will provide Queensland local governments, State government entities and not-for-profit organisations with a comprehensive list of consulting services, detailed below.
The arrangement provides a choice of service providers who have a strong regional and local presence, thereby promoting the development of competitive local business and industry, whilst providing commercially robust rates and terms and conditions of contract.
Council and industry consultation and feedback has enabled Local Buy to understand the changing needs of local and State government purchasers and update the arrangement accordingly.
The contract commenced on 1 February 2019 for a term of three (3) years with two (2) 12 month optional extensions - refresh and extensions options will be at Local Buy’s sole discretion.
